Cookies are small text files a website stores on your browser. We use them for two things only: to keep you signed in to the practice management app, and (if you give us permission) to understand how the public website is used so we can improve it.
These are required for the product to function. They don't require your consent under UK PECR, but we disclose them here for transparency. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the service will stop working.

We don't currently run analytics on the public site. If we add them in future (for example [[Plausible / GA4]]) we will load them only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Analytics cookies help us count visitors and see which pages are useful; they do not identify you personally.
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social-media pixel cookies on this site.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer of the public site, or by clearing the pdc_cookie_consent cookie in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you logging in to the practice management app.
Public pages load fonts from Google Fonts and Tailwind CSS from a public CDN. These providers may log your IP as part of standard web-server operation but do not receive cookies from us. The application itself (/app/practice) is self-hosted on Microsoft Azure UK South and does not load third-party scripts.
